Meet Daniel Parsons -

How long have you been in the building industry?
I have worked in the building industry for 27 years, including 16 years as a Draftsman and the past 13 years with Carlisle Homes. My background in design and construction gives me a strong understanding of the building process, allowing me to provide practical advice and tailored solutions to help clients achieve the best outcome for their project.

Where are you based?
I work from the Oak Grove Display Centre and, as a cross-seller, have the ability to assist clients across Carlisle's full range of home designs. This allows me to focus on finding the right home solution for each client's needs, regardless of the range or product they are interested in.

What types of clients do you specialise in helping?
With my extensive construction and drafting experience, I specialise in Knockdown Rebuild projects. I also enjoy helping first home buyers, second home buyers and investors navigate the building process and make informed decisions with confidence

What's your favourite Carlisle home design, and why?
It's hard to choose just one favourite as there are so many great designs in the Carlisle range. However, the Montague Grand Deluxe Atrium 47 would have to be my current favourite. I love the spacious layout, stunning atrium feature and the way the design balances luxury, functionality and family living.

Have you received any industry recognition?
I was proud to be named Sales Team Member of the Year for two consecutive years and to receive an Excellence in Sales Award. These achievements reflect the knowledge and practical experience I've built throughout my career in design, construction and new home sales.

Which AFL team do you support?
Not sure if my clients want to know I’m a Collingwood Supporter.

What's something people might not know about you?
Before entering the building industry, I lived in the United Kingdom for six years and had the opportunity to play netball for England.
