Meet Gurwinder Randhawa -

How long have you been in the building industry?
Before joining the building industry, I spent more than 10 years working in finance, giving me a strong understanding of budgeting, lending and property investment. For the past five years with Carlisle Homes, I've combined that knowledge with my passion for building to help clients make confident decisions and achieve their homeownership goals.

Where are you based?
Based at the Cloverton Display Centre in Kalkallo, I work with a diverse mix of buyers, from first home buyers to seasoned investors.

What types of clients do you specialise in helping?
I work with first home buyers, upgraders, investors and knockdown rebuild clients. My finance background allows me to provide practical advice while helping clients choose a home that suits both their lifestyle and long-term goals.

Which AFL team do you support?
Geelong

What's your favourite Carlisle home design, and why?
I'm living in a Montpellier myself, so it's naturally my favourite. I love the wide, welcoming entrance and the flexibility of replacing the theatre with an additional master bedroom, while still keeping the lounge and study open at the front of the home. The rear balcony off the activity area is another feature that really sets the design apart.

Have you received any industry recognition?
Career highlights include receiving Rookie of the year in 2018,  Excellence in Sales Awards over three years and being named House & Land Specialist in 2023. My background in finance and building allows me to provide well-rounded advice that clients can trust. 

What's something people might not know about you?
Before starting my career in finance and building, I qualified as an accountant. That analytical background has given me a strong attention to detail, which I continue to bring to my role today.

What languages do you speak other than English?
Alongside English, I also speak Punjabi and Hindi.
