Meet Jackie Si - 
Sales Consultant

How long have you been in the building industry?
I have over five years of experience in the building industry, with a background in both House & Land and New Home Sales. Throughout my career, I have enjoyed helping clients navigate the home-building process and find solutions that suit their lifestyle, budget and future goals.

Where are you based?
I work from the Easy Living Riverfield Display Centre, where I have the opportunity to work with a wide range of buyers across Melbourne's South East. 

What types of clients do you specialise in helping?
I specialise in House & Land packages, first home buyers, investors and Melbourne's South East growth corridor. I am passionate about helping first home buyers understand the connection between finance, land and building, and showing them that home ownership can be more achievable than they may think.

What's something people might not know about you?
Outside of work, I volunteer with the RSPCA and am a proud owner of two cavoodle fur babies. Before joining the building industry, I was a Zumba and fitness instructor for three years, and a fun fact about me is that I'm also a twin! 

What's your favourite Carlisle home design, and why?
My favourite home design is the Beaumont 25, particularly with the extended alfresco option. I love homes that bring people together, and this design creates the perfect balance between indoor and outdoor living. Whether it's family gatherings, weekend barbecues, movie nights or entertaining friends, the layout flows beautifully and creates a space where lasting memories can be made. I'm also a big fan of homes with a grand pantry!

Have you received any industry recognition?
I have been fortunate to receive several awards during my time at Carlisle Homes, including 2024 House & Land Specialist, Excellence in Sales, Sales Team of the Year, as well as 2023 Excellence in Sales Performance. I believe these recognitions reflect the strong relationships I build with my clients and my commitment to supporting them every step of the way.

Which AFL team do you support?
I have to admit I'm not a big football person!
