Senior Sales Consultant
How long have you been in the building industry?
With over 20 years in the building and property industry and more than 7 years with Carlisle Homes, Jane is the top performing Southeast consultant and the only sales consultant in Carlisle’s history to win Sales Consultant of the Year four years in a row.
Originally from New Zealand, Jane has a background in finance, real estate and property development, and is a qualified mortgage broker and licensed real estate agent. She works with all types of buyers, including first home buyers, second home purchasers and knockdown rebuild clients, delivering expert guidance and outstanding results every time.
Where are you based?
I work from the Berwick Waters Display Centre, located within one of Melbourne's most established and family-friendly communities. The area continues to attract a diverse range of buyers thanks to its beautiful streetscapes, parks, schools and lifestyle amenities.
What types of clients do you specialise in helping?
I work with all types of buyers, including first home buyers, second home purchasers and knockdown rebuild clients. I pride myself on providing expert advice, clear communication and a personalised approach to help every client achieve the best possible outcome.
What's your favourite Carlisle home design, and why?
My favourite home design is the Astoria Grand Living Atrium 58. I love the stunning double-height void, which creates an incredible sense of space and luxury. The design also offers fantastic flexibility for multigenerational living and caters beautifully to a wide variety of family lifestyles and needs.
Have you received any industry recognition?
I am proud to be the only Sales Consultant in Carlisle Homes' history to be named Salesperson of the Year four years in a row. Alongside multiple Excellence in Sales Awards and Best Sales Performance in the East Region recognitions, these achievements reflect decades of dedication to delivering exceptional outcomes.
Which AFL team do you support?
As a proud New Zealander, I have to stay loyal to my roots and support the All Blacks.
